- Warranty: Konfortable provides a one-year warranty covering natural damage. Within this period, we offer free repair materials; however, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Damage Policy: For damages caused by misuse or human factors, both material and shipping costs will be charged.
- On-Site Repairs: If on-site repairs are required, customers must cover transportation and travel expenses.
- Return Policy: Due to the large size and high shipping costs of our products, we do not accept returns.
